Covering a floor area of 100,000 m², the business office building will be located in Plots A and B, including the head office building for the enterprise, research and development center and government service building. After it’s built up, it will attract functional government organs such as customs, quality inspection organ, commodity inspection organ, administration for industry and commerce and tax organ; meanwhile, it will attract famous enterprises to set up branches in GIETC and apply for a series of tax and other incentive policies for the design of the head office organizations and enterprises; and we will largely apply for support policies and funds for enterprises and organizations which set up research and development institutions in GIETC.

The business area will provide occupational training services and support services for SOHO type self-carving-out.
