Simplex leasehold

After realizing “seven connections and one leveling”, GIETC leases the land to investment companies according to investors' development requirements. Investment companies take charge of real estate construction and operation.

The lease term is 15-29 years.

GIETC is responsible for construction application procedures for the subject built on the leased land. Uniform estate management system and information management system will be used, and CIETC's uniform VI signal coloration will be adopted in the park.

Cooperative development

GIETC invests through its land use rights or land property right, while the investor contributes its funds. They incorporate a business according to negotiated ratio, and the controlling shareholder will be in charge of specific operation.

The cooperation term is 30 years.

GIETC is responsible for construction application procedures for the said buildings.

Our company will take charge of property management system and information management system, and CIETC's uniform VI signal coloration will be adopted in the park.

Each of the above two cooperation modes is subject to specific conditions, and relevant agreement is concluded according to specific negotiation.
